Nero di Voghiera is the first and only black garlic made exclusively from garlic of Voghiera P.D.O.. This garlic, known for its sweet and delicate taste, undergoes a natural fermentation process that enhances its qualities, transforming the bulbs into a clove rich in complex and beneficial flavours for well-being. The result is a black garlic that retains the essence of its land of origin and is characterised by unique properties, including a high concentration of antioxidants and nutrients that make it a valuable ingredient in cooking.

Respecting the typical freshness of Voghiera D.O.P. garlic, Nero di Voghiera abandons its intense, pungent aroma in favour of a greater digestibilityof a more soft e delicate and a complex aroma with a thousand nuances, in which the classic balsamic and liquorice notes of black garlic are enhanced by the typical freshness of Aglio di Voghiera D.O.P.
Nero di Voghiera is NeroFermento's gourmet line and was created for the channel Ho.Re.Ca. e delicatessen. With its many different formats, it responds to the needs of professionals and the most discerning consumers.
VOGHIERA D.O.P. GARLIC
Refined and delicate, Aglio di Voghiera D.O.P. is renowned for its taste sweet e fresh, the result of enzymes, vitamins, flavonoids e mineral salts which together create a unique and inimitable aromatic and genetic soul. NeroFermento is a partner Consorzio Produttori Aglio di Voghiera (Voghiera Garlic Producers' Consortium)established in 2000 in the Ferrarese municipality with the aim of protecting and promoting this traditional agricultural product, which was granted Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status in 2010. Synonymous with tradition, Aglio di Voghiera D.O.P. boasts a deep connection with the territory and the people who inhabit it, characteristics that are preserved by keeping all operations strictly within the production district as stipulated in the production specifications: each stage is carefully monitored and certified and there are many quality controls to which the product is subjected.
