Ce processus se d\u00e9roule naturellement dans un environnement confin\u00e9, <strong>sans ajout d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> ni <strong>d&rsquo;<\/strong> additifs. Le produit pel\u00e9 est soumis \u00e0 un traitement thermique afin de le s\u00e9cher. Les gousses s\u00e9ch\u00e9es sont broy\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement.
